SUPERNOVA Crash Courses
Denver Digerati’s educational program guides students as they explore and engage with the creative process. Our classes will not simply teach software, but will approach learning through methods that are approachable and affordable for students at all points of entry. We are working with leading artists and educators in this field to provide a dynamic curriculum focused on the production of an artwork or short film and the potential opportunity for these creations to be featured in the Supernova Digital Animation Festival.
In 2021, we focused on online offerings to our audience and were excited about the works created by our students. Our education program for 2022 has aligned with local high school and middle school students to work towards interdisciplinary connections in art making practices that connect digital skills and creative thinking. We are engaged in 3 programs currently and are excited to share the outcomes of these projects upon their completion. Because we are working with minors, we are careful to protect their information, but are looking forward to sharing the culmination of their work in Supernova in the September.
